On August 4th, under bright, sunny skies, Fjällbacka's annual Food Market buzzed with excitement. AquaFood offered visitors a taste of our premium salmon mince, topped with Skagen dressing on a freshly baked bun.

The response was overwhelmingly positive, with guests praising the flavorful dish, which highlighted the exceptional quality and sustainability of our boneless, high-end salmon mince.

Chalmers Venture day

The week before midsummer, AquaFood participated among other incredible start-up companies at Chalmers Venture day.

At the investor dinner on Monday night where we proudly featured as part of the canapés, with a classic galantine crafted from AquaFood's premium mince. It was the perfect stage to let investors savor our exceptional product, and their reactions were appreciative and very positive.

Tuesday continued the momentum with engaging panel discussions and dynamic 1:1 meetings that left us buzzing with excitement.
