For the second consecutive year, we made waves at the event. 🌊 This time grabbing the attention of fair goers, partners and suppliers by serving an irresistible AquaFood product!

During the two fast-paced and exciting days, the audience got to taste some product alternatives.And the star of the show? 🌟Our High-quality salmon mince! 🌟 Completely bone-free as always. This time, we served it in two different versions; One with a Scandinavian flavor palette and a slightly hotter, Asian inspired one. 🌶️

During the Summit, we also had the opportunity to connect with current, and potential new partners. We are looking forward to 2024 and to next year's Nordic Seafood Summit! Hope to see you there!
